Format

• Games will be 6 ends. You have 1 hour 50 minutes.
• The 5-rock free guard zone is in effect.
• Spin for hammer.
• Straight win/loss. Ties will not be broken.
• Vices post final end score. Record results with convenor.
• Scoring: Win: 10. Loss: 0. Tie: 5. Ends: 2. Blank: 1. Rocks: 1 per/10 max.
• Rankings Game 2: 1st/3rd; 2nd/4th; 5th/7th, 6th/8th; 9th/10th.
  Ties for team standings: Resolved by using The Tie Breaker.
  
• Prizes: Awarded to top 5 teams by total points over 2 games.
• “The Tie-Breaker”: At the end of the first game the vice of each team will deliver one rock to the glass with sweepers. Points earned are used to break ties in seeding for second game and, if needed, final standings. Tie-Breaker Scoring System: Rock stops in contact with the button – 5 points; in contact with 4 foot – 4 points; in contact with 8 foot – 3 points; in contact with 12 foot – 2 points; In play but not touching rings – 1 point; Out of play – 0 points
